With the new school term fast approaching, it is fantastic for small children to have important daily social interaction with peers while developing their minds and personalities. Even though, some days, it can feel like you are picking them up about 5 minutes after you dropped them off! After the holidays and summer treats, I try to take some time to get back to into routines and introduce new foods to the children, the twins in particular are having so much fun exploring new tastes and textures of food.

One of the ways I sneak more veggies into Hugo and Oscar’s diet is with green smoothies - AKA dino juice (dinosaurs drink it to grow big & strong!) I made this one with:

• Two big handfuls of spinach
• Red pepper
• Half an avocado
• A banana,
• Strawberries,
• Raspberries
• Blueberries

All blended with water until smooth. Then I add a spoonful of Udo’s Choice Infant’s Blend Microbiotics and mix it through. They love it and have no idea how much goodness is packed inside!
