Troubleshooting, Cleaning & Maintenance

• Please leave your new fridge standing upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in.
• When plugged in, please leave enough ventilation around the fridge to avoid the appliance overheating.
• The appliance should be placed on an even surface and the castor feet can be adjusted to ensure it is steady. Placing the fridge on an uneven surface may cause the appliance to be noisy.
• The fridge comes with a plastic water tray. This will be packed separately in polystyrene so make sure not to throw it away when disposing of the packaging. The tray needs to be placed in the bottom of the fridge to collect any water/condensation that may drip down.
• If there is a lot of water in the tray, or, if the tray requires emptying too often, you will need to check the drain at the back of the fridge. This to ensure it is not blocked. It can be unblocked using something small like a matchstick or a toothpick.
• The temperature gauge (dial) is at the back of the fridge. Usually setting the dial between 4 and 5 degrees should be fine but this can be adjusted if necessary. Please note the appliance is not intended to be a pharmacy standard fridge and readings from pharmacy thermometers should be disregarded.
• The fridge is intended for the storage of Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend and Microbiotic product only. It is not suitable for storing medicine.
