Ingredients
- Selection of raw vegetables
Dip
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 3tbsp full fat yoghurt or sour cream
- 1 – 2 tsp Udo’s Choice Oil
- ½ tsp Manuka Health MGO+ Manuka honey
Method
-Cut vegetables into child-appropriate bite-sized pieces and put into a sealed tub.
-Gently mix together the dip ingredients.
-Spoon the dip into a small tub.
-At lunch / snack time scoop out the dip with the cut vegetables.
