Ingredients:
• 2 cups shredded red cabbage
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1 apple, julienned
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup pecans or sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley
Dressing:
• 2 tbsp Ultimate Oil Blend
• 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp honey
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, apple, cranberries, nuts/seeds and parsley.
2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients, then pour over the slaw and toss to coat.
3. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld, then serve.
