Miso Porridge with Ultimate Oil Blend

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 3 cups water/veg stock
- 2 tbsp dark Miso (Clear Spring brown rice)
- 1 Tsp Irish Botanica Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder
- 2 tbsp Ultimate Oil Blend
Method
Place your oats in a saucepan on a low heat. Lightly toast the oats before adding the water to cook through. Cook for up to ten mins until the porridge is the consistency you enjoy. This can be as thick or thin as you like.
Once at the right consistency take off the heat and stir through the Miso and Irish Botanica Lion’s Mane.
Place into a bowl and garnish with a spoonful of kimchi, handful of kale, sprinkle of seeds and a good drizzle of Ultimate Oil Blend.
