Ingredients:
• 1/2 banana (for extra creaminess)
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp (8g) Udo’s Beyond Greens
• 1 tsp Ultimate Oil Blend
• 1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
• 1 cinnamon stick (garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the banana, almond milk, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and Beyond Greens.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into a saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring gently until it's heated through.
4. Once warmed, remove from heat and stir in the Ultimate Oil Blend.
5. Add maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness, and a cinnamon stick for garnish
