Indulge in the wholesome delight of this exquisite plant-based oil dressing. As well as a treat for your tastebuds, this is also a nourishing elixir brimming with health boosting properties and a wonderful addition to your pantry or store cupboard, which includes fridge and freezer contents.
Ingredients
- 40g ginger, grated
- 15g fresh turmeric, grated
- 15g garlic (2 cloves), grated
- 250 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
Method
1. Place the grated ginger, turmeric, garlic, oil and pepper in a small saucepan. Gently
warm to infuse (do not heat to simmer). After about 7 minutes the ginger, turmeric
and garlic will have softened.
2. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature.
3. Strain the oil to remove the solid fragments. Mix in Udo’s Choice Oil. Pour into a glass bottle or small Kilner jar. Store in the fridge and bring back to room temperature before use.

Use as a vibrant salad dressing, drizzle over roasted vegetables, or use as a savoury enhancer for mashed potatoes, cooked rice, quinoa, millet, or any other grain.
